Brendan's Two Year Stats

During Nana's visit this week we had a ton of fun - going to the zoo, the park, the mall, and lots of playing outside. We also had to take Brendan for his 2-year well visit on Thursday. Luckily Nana was here since Brendan did NOT want any part of the doctor's office! He likes Dr. Sheets but was not amused about being weighed on the scale. He was hysterical for the nurse and cried "I want Mommy!" Poor guy :( But luckily we had no shot this visit. Brendan is still on the small side, weighing in at 25 lbs, 6 oz. (15th percentile) and 32 3/4 inches (also 15th percentile). Dr. Sheets said that will really have no bearing on what size adult he'll become, but considering Kevin and I aren't the tallest people in the world he'll probably stay on the smaller side. We also talked about doing a full allergy work-up on Brendan so we can figure out how severe his milk allergy is and what other allergies he may have. I first went through allergy testing at 12 and it was tough for me so I can only imagine how this will be for a 2 year old! Brendan was pretty good through the appointment despite clinging to me the whole time. I think he'll just be happy if we stay away from the doctor's for awhile.

I also made Kevin take this photo of me so you can see what my belly looks like at 12 weeks. I did this way more often with Brendan so am starting a little late with baby #2!
